Three months after the launch of the SMI – Smart Meter Inclusif project, a new working meeting was held on the campus of the Hochschule Furtwangen on the 5th of December 2019. The fifth Workpackage was the focus of this meeting. This includes the development of an artificial intelligence for the new Inclusive Smart Meter. The work package, led by the Université de Haute-Alsace, aims to develop a non-intrusive and scalable system. This system will then participate in accompanying the consumer in his energy transition. The Universities of Furtwangen and Offenburg are actively supporting this research.
On site, the partners discussed the development of a test bench for the creation of the data sets for the SMI learning and the design of its electronic part. These are both important points of the Workpackage.
